A Bit Different is a non-profit launched in 2020 that aims to encourage more minority youth to pursue careers in STEM. We are in the process of launching our first program in the latter half of 2020 and need your help in securing funds to sponsor this life-changing program. A Bit Different’s mission is to inspire more youth of color to enter into the tech industry by exposing them to STEM opportunities at an integral age through workshops, courses, and other immersive programs.
Our Mission
The mission of A Bit Different (ABD) is to inspire more youth of color to enter the tech industry by exposing them to STEM through workshops, courses, and other interactive programs. A Bit Different places special attention on youth of color ages eleven (11) through fourteen (14) from adverse communities with minimal access to technology and coding resources.
