Rohan Escobar
President
Rohan Escobar is the founder of A Bit Different. Rohan is an Electrical Engineer with over 7 plus years of experience. Having various leadership positions from Vice President of Engineers of Borders, Marketing Manager to President of Honor society, Rohan brings years of experience managing organizations. He has travelled the world having been to over 43 different countries and experienced cultures from all walks of life. He is very passionate about empowering children, learning, teaching and social justice . The youth is our future and we must give them the passport of education to adequately prepare them to travel prepared for the future.
Anthony Boyd
Vice President
I grew up in Rolling Meadows, IL; and enjoy helping others in reaching their goals. The journey began when I attended and graduated from Harper College. I was active in the Black Student Union (BSU); and also served as the president. Then, I transferred to Northern Illinois University (NIU) to pursue a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering. Also, I was active in the community, serving as the president for the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). I graduated in 2013 and have experience working in the manufacturing industry, throughout my career. The rapid changes in technology excite me, because I love to learn new things. Also, I enjoy exercising, and boxing.
Rashauna Arnold

Rashauna C. Arnold, MA, CPRW, CPCC is a certified professional resume writer, career coach,and owner of BrandYou Career Coaching, LLC. She has helped hundreds of youth and youngadults on their journey to pursue STEM careers through resume writing, interview preparationand networking strategies. She has worked with high schools, community organizations andgovernment agencies to support youth in finding their passion, building confidence andnavigating the workforce successfully.Prior to starting BrandYou, Rashauna worked for a Fortune 500 company, assisting theircontinuous improvement team in engaging with its mechanical engineers worldwide. As aresume writer she has worked for some of the world’s largest outplacement and career serviceagencies, including Monster.com. She received her Master of Arts in Communication fromWayne State University.

Keison has over 16 years of experience in the business industry. He hasworked for both local and Fortune 500 companies within the public & privatesectors of education, sports & leisure, restaurants, catering, business & industry,food research & development, and community outreach sectors. Keison has beenpromoted to roles of increasing leadership including culinary/catering supervisor,assistant foodservice director, general manager, multi-unit general manager, areageneral manager, director of operations and district manager.Keison has excelled beyond his professional roles by teaching a class in culinary tohigh school students as well as serving on a organizational board to assist low-income students. He has received multiple national awards for leadership,community service, teamwork, and innovation.
